- No escalation of interest rates
- Use of Enjoyment - The Rental concept allows the full use of the equipment, but does not confer right of ownership. A “Rental” may be defined as the uninterrupted use of equipment for a period of time at an acceptable cost to the user.
- Tax Effects - Rentals are 100% tax deductable as an operating expense. The budget is therefore not affected by Capital Expenditure constraints and allows the user the flexibility to upgrade within the rental period, or within a fiscal year. Value Added Tax is not capitalized on the agreements but paid monthly on the rental. This provides savings at the time of upgrading as VAT is only paid for the period the equipment is in use.
- Terms - Our Standard agreement is for a 36 Month period and is escalation free.
- Accounting - As a rental is an operating expense, it is not reflected on the balance sheet in any way. Rather it is shown as an operating expense in the income and expenditure statement and noted in the accounts as a commitment.
- Using Sabre Rental will eliminate the loss of time of admin staff having to manually capture old clock cards, or record data from register books.
- Using Sabre Rental will eliminate the human error associated with this practice or the deliberate changing of data to benefit friends.
- Using Sabre Rental will eliminate Buddy clocking and manual entry by the employees relating to time worked.
