Full Sabre Time and Attendance and/or Access Control

• This option excludes Remote, Telephonic and Internet Support.
• Remote Admin and Support is available from our helpdesk on 0861101738 in this option, at an ad-hoc cost of R350 per ½ hour.
• An optional monthly support contract from our helpdesk on 0861101738 is available at only R350 per month or R4200 per year.
• Where additional hardware is purchased, no additional software costs are incurred, however admin costs may be applicable.

(Full Sabre Access Control is only 50% on prices shown below)

• Where ownership of the software is preferred, the pricing calculation is based on the Monthly Support Contract Option costs, multiplied by 24 months.
• An additional software cost of R1000 is applicable for export to an existing Payroll.
• An additional software cost of R1000 is applicable for the use of the Sabre Payroll through to Pay Slip.
• An additional software cost of R1000 is applicable for Live Data Collection.
• The first management seat is FREE but all subsequent seats are priced at R 1000 each.
• The annual compulsory R600 licensing fee component becomes applicable for this option. (Not as in the case of rental). Any future upgrades and updates to the software are then free.
• Support on software and/or administration of the license is available at an ad-hoc cost of R300 per half hour.
• An optional Monthly Support Contract is available at only R300 per month or R4200 per year.
• Biometric hardware is supplied at extremely competitive pricing (See shopping site)
• (Cost of devices are between R800 and R3000 per device, depending on client's requirements).
• A once off Communication Module levy of R200 per device applies to this option.
• Installation is based on the client's requirements. Some devices do not require any outside installation, such as a USB-connected device. In other cases an installation team and quotes would be required on a "per site" basis. Average cost of installation per device per site can be between R1000 to R2000. Clients can also opt to use their own IT service provider.
• Training is available on a "one-on-one" basis, at R2000 per 4 hour session, or group training can be arranged at R900 per day per person.
• An option to download data from remote sites, with or without Internet access; no computers are required at remote sites.
