Full Support - Time and Attendance and/or Access Control

• This support contract is available on a minimum of a 36 month contract.
• The annual R600 licensing fee is included as free.
• This option includes unlimited Remote, Telephonic and Internet support from our help desk on 086 1101738.
• Upgrades and updates to this Sabre Software option are available any time via the Internet.
• A once off communication module levy of R200 per device still applies to this option.
• There is no additional software cost for export to an existing Payroll.
• The use of the Sabre Payroll through to a Pay Slip is also free.
• There is no additional software cost regardless of number of devices installed.
• There is no additional software cost regardless of management seats required.
• There is no additional software cost regarding the optional use of the tracker and real-time collection of data from devices.

Support pricing for the Full Sabre Time and Attendance Solution
( The full Sabre Access Control solution is only 50% of the prices shown below)

• 1-5 Staff at R50 per site per month (minimum 50 sites)
• 1-10 Staff at R100 per site per month (49 sites or less)
• 11-49 Staff at R10 per staff member per site per month

(i.e. 49 staff per site would be R490 per month or 30 staff per site would be R300 per month )

• 50-499 Staff at R500 per site per month

(i.e. R500 per month per site for 50 staff or R500 per month per site for 499 staff)

• 500 or more staff per site, at R1 per staff member per site per month

(i.e. 500 staff per site would be R500 per month or 1000 staff per site would be R1000 per month)

Biometric hardware is supplied at extremely competitive pricing ( See shopping link)

Installation is based on the client's requirements. Some devices do not require any outside installation, such as a USB connected device. In other cases an installation team and quotes would be required on a "per site" basis. Average cost of installation per device per site can be between R1000 to R2000. Clients can also opt to use their own IT service provider.

Training is available on a “one-on-one” basis, at R2000 per 4 hour session, or group training can be arranged at R900 per day per person, contact our Sabre Sales Team.

An option to download data from remote sites, with or without Internet access, no computers are required at remote sites.

Those clients who wish to own the software can do so with an outright purchase.
